BIAS-ARCH

A 25-minute reflection on how you are built.

Not a personality test. A map of what you reach for, how you receive trust, and where you stand under pressure.

A note from the author

Hi. I’m Donny Vanker.

What you are about to take is an experimental interpretive framework that reads that architecture in you. It surfaces how you currently reach, how you currently receive, where the tensions live, and where the trust is heading.

It is a reflective read, not a verdict. It does not tell you who you are. It tells you what your current responses suggest about a pattern.

What rings true is yours to keep. What does not is yours to set aside. The reading is a starting place for your own reflection, not an answer to who you should be. There is no right or wrong, just clarity on what is happening in your life right now. Take your time. Be honest. The reading is yours.

What it is

One instrument. Six things measured.

BIAS-ARCH is one short self-report instrument. From about 150 questions over roughly 25 minutes, the engine reads six things about how you are built:

01 — Passions

Four Passions

what you reach for

02 — Capacities

Four Capacities

how you receive trust

03 — Tensions

Six Tensions

the pulls between competing drives

04 — Faces

Four Faces

the face you wear under pressure

05 — Cohesion

Cohesion

whether you hold together under strain

06 — Bearing

Directional Bearing

where your pattern points over time

The architecture

The shape of the framework.

Four passions sit at the corners. Six tensions run between them. Four faces sit opposite each corner. Click any vertex, edge, or face to read what it means.

What it is not

Not a personality test. Not a behavior profile.

It reads something deeper underneath both: what drives you, and how you decide to trust other people. Those shape what you do long before any of it shows on the surface.

It is not
It is
A box that sorts you
A map you can grow with
A score of what you do
A read of why you do it
A diagnosis or a verdict
A mirror you can question
A hiring, clinical, or legal tool
A personal reflection, made for you

Why take it

What you walk away with.

Most people leave able to name things they have always felt but never had words for.

Name what drives you.

Words for the things your heart keeps reaching for — to belong, to matter, to choose your own path, to feel safe — and why some moments light you up while others quietly wear you down.

Understand how you trust.

Trust is hard right now, and almost no one asks how they decide it. See the one thing you need before you let your guard down, why you click with some people and hold others back, and who to give a real chance.

See the face you wear under pressure.

The version of you that shows up when things get hard is often not your relaxed self. Seeing it means it stops running you without your say.

Get a direction, not a verdict.

One real place you tend to get stuck, and a way through it. Somewhere to grow, not a box to live in.

What to expect

Two profiles. One for how you love people, one for how you trust people.

You answer honestly across two short parts, about 150 questions in roughly 25 minutes, and you can pause between them. At the end you receive two profiles, each with the archetype that fits the answers you gave. One reads how you love, the other reads how you trust, and they are not the same. A guided conversation walks you back through both in plain language — a mirror rather than a verdict.

There are no right answers, and some questions will feel uncomfortable. That is part of an honest read. Your responses are confidential. More than anything, we hope they ring true.
